12 Plate (9 x 12) Perpetual Plaque

Our most 'User Friendly' Corporate line of perpetual plaques features an engraved plate with spaces for the individual plates. This way, when it's time to add an individual plate, we can engrave the information and you can stick the plate on the space provided.

This plaque is 9 x 12 Cherry finish with spaces provided for 12 individual plates, and the black plate can be engraved with either gold or silver letters.

Engraving of the Header plate is included. Individual plates are $6.00 each when you pre-pay for all of them when you order the plaque, or $8.00 each if you pay for them as you have them engraved in the future.

We can add your custom logo to the engraving. There is a one time $25.00 set up fee for logo's, but once we have them on file there is never an additional cost to engrave the logo.
