Economy Perpetual Plaque

Cherry finish perpetual plaque with pre-notched areas for engraved plates. Holds 12 individual plates - ferfect for Employee of the Month.

Also avaialbe with 18 individual plates.

This is our most convenient perpetual plaque for you. You receive the plaque with individual gold plates and when we engrave the plate it comes with double back tape on it and all you have to do is stick it on. No screws like most perpetual plaques.

Engraving of the Header plate is included. Individual plates are $6.00 each when you pre-pay for all of them when you order the plaque, or $8.00 each if you pay for them as you have them engraved in the future.

We can add your custom logo to the engraving. There is a one time $25.00 set up fee for logo's, but once we have them on file there is never an additional cost to engrave the logo.
