The Hole In One Plaque features a 9 x 12 cherry finish plaque with a 'Hole In One' figure for you to mount the ball and a full color sublimated 4 x 6 photo. Bring us the picture, and the ball, and we'll mount them along with an engraved plate**. Show off your accomplishment! **If it's not possible for you to bring us the photo and the ball, you can email the photo to us and you can put the ball in the hole in one figure when you receive the plaque.

We can add your custom logo to the engraving. There is a one time $25.00 set up fee for logo's, but once we have them on file there is never an additional cost to engrave the logo.
